Liquid level

Three level jobs, three channels

Reservoir, condensate and leakage level drawn as three separate channels Three vertical channels: a hydrostatic transmitter on the reservoir, a float switch on the condensate pan, an optical point sensor in the tray.

Point types: relay or digital input; analogue types 4–20 mA or Modbus. Analogue accuracy on request.

Wetted materials

The material question decides seal life

316L stainless steel, peroxide-cured EPDM, Viton, FEP, PTFE, HDPE, PEEK, PP-R.

Excluded

Free iron, plain carbon steel.

Brass above 15 % zinc

Verify to ISO 6509 at ≤100 µm depth; annual ICP zinc analysis where wetted.

Sulfur-cured EPDM

Discouraged against peroxide cure; shows as sulfate below 10 ppm.
