A Shenzhen trading house for loop consumables
Four functions, six product lines, one address. The company buys, checks and ships.
Ask for the specification sheet
A loop schedule spans three or four product lines.
Four test methods at goods-in.
The codes a maintenance window cannot wait for.
Packed, documented and booked.
Six lines: leak detection · coolant filtration and water quality · hose and piping · thermal interface materials · telemetry instruments · fill and flush
Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. One published address: sales@ems-cool.com. No telephone number is published, and none is invented.
What a trading house is actually for
| Job | What it produces |
|---|---|
| Supplier qualification | A sample is bought, measured and tested before a code is listed. A part that fails the drawing does not reach the catalogue. |
| Incoming inspection | Every accepted lot is checked against the drawing revision before it enters stock, and the check is written down. |
| Export documentation | Packing list · commercial invoice · certificate of origin · batch inspection record · the datasheet for each model code. |
| Method reference | Immersion to ISO 1817: 168 h at 70 °C in PG50. Thermal impedance to ASTM D5470 at 10 psi, 30 psi and 50 psi. |
What this company does not do
Buyers assume a loop supplier also sells coolant distribution units.
A CDU pumps and regulates the loop. It is a different product and it is not in this catalogue.
Stated on every page.
The part that touches the silicon is not supplied here.
Six lines, all of them consumables or instruments.
The extrusion line, the moulding shop and the die-caster belong to the manufacturing end of the chain. There is no plant behind this catalogue.
One follow-up question would find out.
What is left is the loop itself.
Why the catalogue is narrow on purpose
Temperature and sustained clamp load. Months to years.
Coolant chemistry and wall thickness. Continuous.
Filtration state at the seal face. Weeks.
Everything listed is either observed by an instrument or consumed by the loop. Heat rejection is sized once from a curve. A compression fitting inside a closed rack is not inspectable at all, which is why a 150 µA leak setpoint is worth more attention than another kilowatt.
How a first message is answered
| One address | sales@ems-cool.com. No phone number is published, and this page will not invent one. |
|---|---|
| Send | A model code, or the loop problem. Both get an answer. |
| What comes back | The specification sheet, the dimensional drawing, the datasheet link per code, MOQ and lead time. |
| When | One working day. Shenzhen runs on UTC+8, so a message sent on Friday evening in Europe is answered on Monday. |
