Who the privacy half applies to

What the form collects, and why

How long it is kept, and who sees it
24 months
An enquiry is held for 24 months from the last reply, then deleted. This site keeps no database of its own, so the retention clock runs in the system that receives the enquiry.
One delivery service
The form posts to a single delivery service, which routes the message to the sales mailbox. Nothing else receives it.
Two document recipients
A freight forwarder or a bank receives the commercial documents for an order, and nothing more.
Not sold or rented
An address is not sold, rented or shared with a third party for marketing.
No mailing list
Asking a question does not add an address to a mailing list.
Cookies and measurement
No cookies
This site sets no cookies. No analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed is loaded, which is why there is no consent banner to dismiss.
Server logs
Hosting logs record the request and the IP address. Those logs are not used to build a profile and are not joined to an enquiry record.
Quotations and prices

What is warranted, and what is excluded
