No coolant distribution units. No cold plates.
Six product lines are supplied here, and neither of those is one of them.
What the catalogue is, and is not
No. A CDU pumps and regulates the loop, and a cold plate touches the silicon. Neither of those is supplied here.
No. This is a Shenzhen trading house. There is no plant, no extrusion line and no moulding shop behind the catalogue. The work is supplier qualification, incoming inspection, stock and export documentation.

Specification sheets and datasheets
Email sales@ems-cool.com with the model code, or with the loop problem if no code is known. The specification sheet and the dimensional drawing come back within one working day.
Every listed model also has a PDF datasheet, at a path built from its own code — /datasheets/ems-ld-r500.pdf for that rope. Those links are not gated.

What this site actually covers
Quantity, lead time and samples
A stocked code ships from stock in small quantities. A made-to-order or die-cut code carries a minimum order quantity; the figure for that code is on the quotation.
Repeat orders are quoted against the stock position of that code; sample lead time in this class commonly runs 5 to 10 working days.
Yes. A sample is bought, inspected and shipped with its test record. On thermal materials, free samples and custom die-cutting are normal practice.
Batch two, and a part that misses its datasheet
By drawing revision. An order names the model code and the revision; a reorder with no revision is checked against the last revision shipped to that buyer. A change is a new revision, never a slip into an existing code.
Send the model code, the batch record reference and a photograph with the measurement. A dimensional miss against the drawing is replaced. Where the miss is a published rating, the datasheet for that code is corrected rather than argued.
Shipping, payment, warranty and standards
Ex works, FOB, CIF and DDP are quoted, with the incoterm named on the quotation. Five documents ship: packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, batch inspection record and the datasheet per code.
A deposit by T/T against the order, the balance against the shipping documents. An L/C is accepted for a larger order; the split is named on the quotation.
12 months from shipment against a supplied part failing to meet its published datasheet. Consumables carry the warranty of the batch they came from. No on-site labour is warranted.

Send the symptom and the loop: fluid and glycol percentage, loop volume, operating temperature and what changed. A 1–300 µA contamination current reads exactly like a leak.
