One address. No telephone number is published, and none invented for this page. No street address either: it appears on the commercial invoice once an order is placed.

Send the model code, or the loop problem instead.

01 / What to put in the first email

Six fields that cut the round trips

Model code

Every code maps to a drawing revision.

Fluid

Glycol concentration by volume. Most first messages miss it.

Connection

Size and thread or flange standard.

Annual volume

Annual quantity, so pricing carries a price break.

Destination

Destination country and the incoterm you work on.

Picture or drawing

A photograph saves a round trip; a drawing saves two.

02 / Symptom routing

Report the symptom, and no part number is required

What to report. The last column carries the units that settle it.
Question type Report Presented as
Filtration Loop volume, the current element micron rating, the differential pressure across it, and the last coolant sample result. psid · µm · µS/cm
Leak What the panel reports, the rooms or runs in scope, the loop length and the glycol percentage. Say whether the space has downflow air units: 1.8 m of clearance from the discharge prevents most nuisance alarms. µA · m · %
Thermal The gap, the assembly pressure and the target impedance, rather than a W/m·K figure on its own. mm · °C·cm²/W

A symptom message with no part number works.

03 / Response and quotation

What the reply commits to

A first reply arrives inside one working day. Where a figure needs a test record or a check at the manufacturing end, the reply says which record is being pulled and when it will arrive.

A quotation holds for 30 days and names the incoterm, the currency, the model codes with their drawing revisions, the MOQ and the lead time.

04 / What lands in the inbox

Four worked examples, and the document set behind any code

  • EMS-LD-R500 Locating leak detection sensing rope, 500 m Position resolution 0.1 m. Locating accuracy ±3.1 m and repeatability ±1.85 m on a 500 m channel. PDF
  • EMS-CF-F1-10 Pleated depth filter cartridge, 1 µm absolute, 10 in Change-out 35 psid (2.4 bar), maximum 60 psid (4.1 bar). PDF
  • EMS-HP-J2-06-QD Jumper hose bundle, 2 legs, -6 dash, quick disconnect 200 psi (1.38 MPa) working pressure, burst ratio 4.0× MAWP, 37 mm minimum bend radius. PDF
  • EMS-TM-PC85 Phase change pad, 8.5 W/m·K, 0.20 to 1.0 mm Softens across a 45 to 55 °C transition, thermal resistance 0.0078 °C·cm²/W max by ASTM D5470. PDF

Dimensional drawing with its revision · datasheet link per code · burst ratio · MOQ and lead time

Attachments or open PDF links. Nothing sits behind a form. A sample request carries its lead time and test record.

05 / Out of scope

What this address cannot do

An enquiry that cannot be served gets one reply saying so.

Not supplied

Coolant distribution units, cold plates, chillers and pumps sit outside the catalogue.

Not done on site

Commissioning, flushing and leak repair are not services. The fill and flush line supplies the equipment; the operator runs it.

Not a design authority

Design authority for the loop stays with the buyer's engineer.

Offered instead

A check of the schedule for bore, thread and material conflicts across the product lines.

06 / One message

Email, code, fluid, quantity

Four lines are enough to start. What comes back is the specification sheet, the drawing and the datasheet for the code.

Specification request

Ask for the specification sheet

Leave your work email and the model code. One datasheet per model, with position resolution and locating repeatability stated as separate rows.

  • A specification table of at least ten rows per product family, and a downloadable PDF for every model listed.
  • Seal-life data where it decides the choice: permeation rate, compression set and fluid compatibility.
  • One working day for a reply, from an engineer rather than a catalogue autoresponder.
