Working pressure

200 psi / 1.38 MPa

145 psi on the −8 and −10 dash

Temperature

−40 °C to +99 °C

+120 °C on the jumper

Flame rating

UL 94 V-0

Cover compound

The ratings are the entry ticket. Published as the rating the product is built to; no approval document is held.

01 / Cure system

Peroxide cure against sulphur cure

Crosslinkno sulphur residuessulphur and accelerator residues
Glycolzero precipitation, zero swellingprecipitates into the coolant

EPDM is non-polar: good in water and glycol, poor in oils.

02 / Immersion

Immersion is the test that settles it

A whole black EPDM hose lying on a bench with both cut ends turned toward the camera, the smooth bore visible but no reinforcement layer exposed
Tube bore and braid

168 h at 70 °C in PG50, swell and mass change reported. No ISO 1817 swell limit is published for a data-center hose.

Negative pressure during start-stop collapses ordinary braided hose; composite prevents it.

Unit trapthe sheet prints −40 °F beside −40 °C; 99 °C is 210 °F
07 / Specification language

How to specify the compound without a brand

One callout carries hardness, tensile, heat ageing, fluid resistance.

08 / Coils and storage

Coil length, storage and shelf life

Order lengths: 20 m, 50 m or 100 m; length is an order configuration, confirmed on the order drawing.

Bag it, away from sunlight, motors and welding equipment: ozone attacks seals. Shelf life, 3 years minimum.

Specification request

Ask for the specification sheet

Leave your work email and the model code. One datasheet per model, with position resolution and locating repeatability stated as separate rows.

  • A specification table of at least ten rows per product family, and a downloadable PDF for every model listed.
  • Seal-life data where it decides the choice: permeation rate, compression set and fluid compatibility.
  • One working day for a reply, from an engineer rather than a catalogue autoresponder.
