EPDM is non-polar: good in water and glycol, poor in oils.
Immersion is the test that settles it
168 h at 70 °C in PG50, swell and mass change reported. No ISO 1817 swell limit is published for a data-center hose.

How to specify the compound without a brand
One callout carries hardness, tensile, heat ageing, fluid resistance.
EPDM 70 is the standard 70 Shore A compound; tube and cover run 60 to 80.
Tensile ASTM D412, heat ageing ASTM D573, ozone ASTM D1149-18(2025). No D2000 callout is published; state the one you need and it is confirmed against the order.
Coil length, storage and shelf life
Order lengths: 20 m, 50 m or 100 m; length is an order configuration, confirmed on the order drawing.
Bag it, away from sunlight, motors and welding equipment: ozone attacks seals. Shelf life, 3 years minimum.
