Point leak probes for liquid cooling

One probe covers one monitored point and reports that point.

Height 0–4.8mm above the surface

Adjustable.

Leader 4.3m (14 ft) as standard

Rack probe: 2.0 m uplink.

Body 39.4 × 50.8 × 25.4 mm, 93–219 g. Probes only; no CDUs, no cold plates.

06 / Mounting

Height, hold-downs, leader

1 · Set height

0 to 4.8 mm above the surface.

2 · Fix the probe

2 hold-down clips per probe.

3 · Record the leader

4.3 m cannot be located.

4 · Wire the output

Dry contact into the BMS or DCIM.

5 · Containment

Valve closes, alert to the on-call team.

6 · Proof test

At commissioning, then yearly.

Specification request

Ask for the specification sheet

Leave your work email and the model code. One datasheet per model, with position resolution and locating repeatability stated as separate rows.

  • A specification table of at least ten rows per product family, and a downloadable PDF for every model listed.
  • Seal-life data where it decides the choice: permeation rate, compression set and fluid compatibility.
  • One working day for a reply, from an engineer rather than a catalogue autoresponder.
